Privacy & data

Your request.
Handled with purpose.

This page explains how the early-access form works and what information it stores.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, email, company, optional role, workflow interest, optional message and consent to be contacted. The server records the submission time and a request identifier. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential operational records.

Why it is collected

Your details are used by the website operator to assess your interest in OpsTwin and follow up about a possible pilot. The form does not automatically create an account or enroll you in a paid subscription.

Storage and access

Requests are stored on the website server, outside the public website files. The form does not send your submission to advertising or analytics services. The operator is responsible for controlling access, retention and deletion of these records.

Your choices

Submitting the request is optional. You can ask the OpsTwin contact who follows up with you to correct or delete your request and stop further contact.

Browser storage

The website saves your chosen light or dark theme in local browser storage. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When hosted with the application, visiting the sign-in and application pages can use session cookies for authentication.

Before a pilot

Deployment-specific data handling, retention, hosting, security requirements and any contractual terms should be discussed before operational data is added to a pilot.
