A little more clarity.
Before you get started.
What is available, where we’re heading and what an OpsTwin pilot could look like.
What is OpsTwin?
OpsTwin Control is an operational digital twin application that brings sites, assets and control-of-work information into one workspace. The wider product direction connects that foundation to maintenance and material flows.
What can I use in the current application?
The current app includes site dashboards and maps, asset records, permit workflows, risk assessment, safe job analysis (SJA), lockout / tagout context and handovers. Registered users and roles determine access. Your pilot scope and environment will determine which features are configured.
Are maintenance and purchasing already available?
No. Maintenance management, supply chain, purchase orders, warehousing and the other modules on the roadmap are planned. We show them to explain the product direction and gather input, not to imply they are available today.
What does joining early access mean?
You register your interest in an OpsTwin pilot and share the workflows you want to improve. We use those details to follow up about fit and next steps. Submitting the form does not create an application account, start a subscription or guarantee a place.
How much does it cost?
Commercial terms and pilot scope are discussed directly. This website does not offer a fixed public price or a paid checkout. There is no payment required to register interest.
Do we need a full 3D model to get started?
The app supports site and area context as well as model viewing. A pilot can start by discussing your existing asset information, drawings and site structure. We will assess the available data before agreeing on the setup.
Does OpsTwin integrate with Autodesk?
The current application includes Autodesk Platform Services model viewing and Fusion Manage integration routes. These depend on credentials, permissions, configuration and the data available in your environment. We assess those requirements as part of pilot planning.
Can OpsTwin replace our ERP or CMMS?
That is not a blanket promise. The current app focuses on operational context and control of work. Future maintenance and supply-chain modules are planned. We will discuss where OpsTwin should fit alongside your existing systems.
How are user access and safety handled?
The app uses registered users, roles and site permissions to control access. It supports the coordination of safety-related work, but your procedures, competent review and operational responsibilities remain essential. Any compliance requirements should be assessed for your deployment.
What happens to the details I submit?
The form collects your contact details, company, workflow interest and optional message to support an early-access follow-up. The request is stored by the website’s operator. See the privacy page for the data collected and how the form works.
Bring your site.
We’ll bring the connection.
Tell us where work gets disconnected. Let’s shape your OpsTwin pilot around it.
